In 2013 we chose to expand to Ghana because we saw a disconnect between quality and price. Given our expertise, we knew we could meaningfully change the equation and offer higher quality apartments for even lower prices. Since then, Denya Developers has become one of the best real estate companies in Ghana. We create high end apartment homes noted for their style, convenience, and comfort – not to mention market-beating prices.
Why we came to Ghana
As an affiliate of our parent company, The Pragnya Group, we chose to expand to Ghana because we saw a considerable disconnect between quality and price.
